Stock Near Me is designed to help Shopify merchants display in-store stock availability by location on product pages. The app may include an embedded admin interface, theme app block functionality, public policy pages, and merchant support services.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the inventory, product, and location data maintained in your Shopify store.
- You are responsible for deciding which locations to display to shoppers and for configuring any safety stock values.
- You are responsible for adding and placing the theme app block in your theme where you want the storefront widget to appear.
- You are responsible for reviewing your storefront after setup or any theme changes.
4. App access and Shopify requirements
Your use of the app is also subject to Shopify's terms, policies, and platform rules. You must maintain an active Shopify store and any permissions or features required for the app to operate.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app in violation of law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to interfere with the app's operation, security, or performance.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app except as permitted by applicable law.
- Use the app to misrepresent product availability or location information to shoppers.
6. Pricing and billing

8. Support
Support is available at support@stock-near-me.com. We aim to respond in a commercially reasonable timeframe, but support response times are not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual property
The app, website, branding, code, design, and documentation are owned by or licensed to ComercIA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
10. Disclaimer
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly synchronized with all inventory changes in real time.
Inventory displayed on storefront pages may be affected by Shopify data availability, theme configuration, location visibility settings, safety stock settings, browser behavior, caching, or changes made in the merchant's store.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComercIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the app.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, Shopify requirements, or poses a security or legal risk.
